Cleaning to be done

General Cleaning

The Entirety of the house will receive the following treatments: Carpets Vacuumed, Furniture Dusted, Hard Floors Mopped, Mirrors Cleaned.

Bathroom

Cleans and sanitizes the following: Toilets, Showers, Counter Tops, Sinks, and Tubs. Toilet tissue replenished, shine mirrors and chrome trim, dust baseboards, Fold towels and Spot clean as needed.

Bedrooms

Beds made, Furniture cleaned and polished, Surfaces and faces of furniture dusted, Small items moved

to be vacuumed under and replaced. We leave the room with an overall

tidy and organized appearance.

Kitchen

Dishes Washed and sinks cleaned, outside of oven, stove, refrigerator, counter tops, back splashes, range hood, cabinet doors, and dishwasher cleaned. all items on counter tops removed and sanitized, wastebasket bag emptied and replaced.

Upon Request, the following services may be provided at additional charge:

Cleaning interior of the oven (included in deep/spring cleaning and move-in/out).
Cleaning inside of the refrigerator.
Baseboards washed (included in deep/spring cleaning and move-in/out)
Clean interior window glass
Clean exterior window glass
Laundry washing and folding
Changing Bed Sheets (If clean linen is left on bed)
