1. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! All of our cleaning professionals come fully equipped for every booking so you can just sit back and relax and enjoy your sparkling home!
2. Do I need to be home for the cleaning appointment?
No you don’t! Most of our clients leave their key hidden or with the concierge. Just please provide us with instructions on how to access your home/apartment so we can get inside and do the job! We will leave your home/apartment beautiful and clean upon your return!
3. What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?
If for any reason you aren’t happy with our professional cleaning services we will come back and clean your home again. Please email us at contact@cleanduo.com within 24 hours of your cleaning, attach pictures of the areas that you are not satisfied with and we will schedule a re-clean to ensure your satisfaction!
